The keyboard is fully charged. I turn it on and press the pairing button. The LED blinks blue once. My phone cannot pair to it. I cannot pair to it on my laptop. Or my iPad. Or any other bt device in my house! This keyboard is a piece of JUNK. DO NOT BUY!!!!I went to the Samsers website to see if there was a detailed users guide there. They do not. I Googled, I searched Reddit. Surely there was a detail I missed in trying to pair the keyboard. I could not find any other instructions besides turn it on, press the pairing button, pair it. Samsers says on their website that they have excellent customer service...but they have no contact us email or phone number listed!I wish I could return this for a refund, but the packaging was recycled already. I don't know how to dispose of this piece of junk properly. I wish I never bought this. Save your money, friends. This thing is NOT worth it!
I like the quality
It's pretty good product. I'm trying to contact someone with questions on changing settings but their website is just a black hole of fake/non-existent contact information.
I really loved this keyboard but it didn't last long. The charging wire that attached to the keyboard broke so I can no longer use it. I don't intend on sending it back. I am going to trash it because it's more trouble to return. But I thank you for the short time I was able to use it.
For two weeks, I traveled in Japan — with only a carry-on. I used this keyboard with an iPad Mini to chronicle my travels. Outstanding!
